This will be a 10-day program at the end of the academic year. The program should commence one week after the closure of school. The program will begin on the first Wednesday after the closure of schools. The program will be the climaxing event in the Manpower Academy experience. Being a full-board event, the program will allow for more activities. The intention is to have both theoretical and practical activities incorporated in the camp. The core objective of the program is to develop a ‘manly’ mentality in the participants by establishing principles
