- The Manpower Workshop
This will happen one week after the official closing date of schools. The program will be a four-day workshop taking place between the first Tuesdays after the closing date running through to Friday of the same week. The program will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Participants will attend the program as day scholars except in extraordinary circumstances where boarding facilities can be arranged. The workshop mentorship curriculum will feature a topical presentation by the organizing team, a success story segment by an out of campus personality, a question and answer session and group activities after lunch break. Given the general lack of boarding facilities, the venue of the workshop shall be in close proximity to the central business district of Eldoret town to allow easy access by participants. This program shall be a precursor to the 10-day mentorship boot camp. Therefore, the parents or guardians of participants be allowed access to the workshop.
