The Candidate Activation Challenge is a revolutionary mentorship platform that brings together candidates from high schools within a given sub-county to converge a center of excellence within the sub-county. The program will bring together more than 2,000 candidates to engage in peer to peer discussions, expert presentations and inspirational presentations on principles of excellence. The sessions will be punctuated by talks ranging from academic to non-academic topics including topics on exam techniques, literary analysis, best teaching and learning practices, principles of success, guidance and counselling sessions and career coaching.

The Candidate Activation Challenge is a revolutionary mentorship platform that brings together candidates from high schools within a given sub-county to converge a center of excellence within the sub-county. • Class Mentorship Program

This is a classic opportunity for a school to partner with Excel Africa to carry out a whole year mentorship for a particular class or classes. Excel Africa Team using our powerful mentorship tool kit will work with the class and the school to achieve a well-conceived goal co-developed with the school and Excel Africa.

• Inspiration Talks and Guidance and Counseling. This is a half-Day Program well to inspire students on a particular and stir up passion for work and excellence. Our team of gifted and professional speakers will deliver beyond expectation. This will be an opportunity to offer both group and individual guidance and counselling
• Student Leaders Training. We believe that the student leadership is the first line of leadership in every school. It success spells the success of the school and vice versa. We have developed a well-researched training program that will address every gap in the school’s student council and make the team exceptionally deliver
• Peer Counselors Training. Peer learning is very effective has proven by psychologists. We help schools come up with a peer counselors program and train the peer counselors on how to offer help to their peers.
• Key Note Speeches: Our talented and professional Speaker are ready to grace your school occasions as Key Note speakers. Parents Days, AGMs, Academic Days, BOM and Teachers Retreats or Workshops etc
